Thieves who broke into offices of the Kern County, California, Mental Health Office stole more than just a laptop computer. That computer contained the names, Social Security numbers and other personal information of everyone who'd used the services of the office for the past 10 years, some 110,000 people. At least one woman in that group may already be the victim of identity theft.
