Pennsylvania's Meyer Packaging closed its doors just six months after receiving government loan guarantees to keep it from closing. All told, it got $6 million from the federal government. If the company can't repay those loans, taxpayers will foot the bill. Meyer executives say they think they can repay the loans, but they aren't making any guarantees.
