Wisconsin Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager was cited for driving under the influence after driving her car off the road. She refused to take a blood test, so if convicted she could lose her license for up to nine months and face a fine of up to $300. She is the second Wisconsin attorney general to face a drunk driving charge. In 1981, Bronson La Follette had his license suspended for four months after failing a breath test.
