Cost-Benefit Ratio

Canada's gun registry was originally projected to cost about $2 million Canadian. But the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. has found that, so far, the government has spent some $2 billion on the system, which was started in the mid-1990s. The government is rejecting calls from gun owners to scrap the registry.
