I also enjoy the howls and warnings of oncoming disaster associated with lowering taxes. You get this kind of thing for even proposing a very small cut, but this will be a lot of fun to watch :)

oh please God please God please make this happen.

Also God, please beef up Your linebackers and secondary, the better to wreak havoc on Your wayward son Mangini.

Every time a tax cut comes up it's the same old scare.Roads, bridges and schools.Of course they lump everything together.Property taxes are for the schools and gas taxes for the roads. You see it all the time.Every tax is important to every thing. They don't want to admit they throw it in one pot and then slice it up.They even use gambling earnings in most states. It must work. Many believe the federal gas tax all goes to roads.

What amazes me is that this just doesn't win hands down no questions with 75% of the vote or something.

Massholes indeed.

Heaven forbid the governor and the legislators would be compelled to put their empty little heads together and actually conduct a rational budget analysis and establish spending priorities. That's the road to chaos.

I fear the havoc that would result if we had to cut back on city planners, this state would dissolve into anarchy.

How long before the politicians use the "for the kids" card to keep them rolling in money to play with?
