So does Michael have a point to make? Because I'm not seeing it.

Royalty can break rules peasants have to follow.

Paris Hilton for president.

See, e.g., the Kennedy clan.

Our candidates should be more like...Bill Clinton?

I think I'd prefer to be in that first group, actually.

Yeah, that wasn't a very compelling collumn. Maybe the author can give us some insight into what he meant to say?

Are all models really "super"? Just once I'd like to see them strutting down that runway wearing a cape and tights, battling both crime and calories. "Super" should be earned.

Look! Up in the sky! It's a human skeleton! It's a length of rail! It's...it's...

Well, Fred Thompson has a fairly hot young wife.

So does Dennis Kucinich.

We should elect one of them to help repair our relations with France.

I was involved with one for a long time, and yes, they are super. Super insane.

Honey, does this glucose drip I'm having for dinner make me look fat?

Episiarch,

By that measure, competitive figure skaters should be called super skaters.

My biggest beef with Clinton wasn't that he was a philandering dog, but that he choose to cheat with a woman who looked like she excaped from a Jack Kirby illustrated comic book.

JFK has Marilyn, while WJC has Monica?

I don't get it. As always, Michael Young has written an interesting and informative article. Are you unhappy because he isn't acting like Bill O'Reilly and spewing hate on something?

Stop Bragging! :)

Hah! But seriously, it didn't end well.

Sje | January 11, 2008, 11:38am | #

I agree with Episiarch here. It's a fun story, but I couldn't really find much of a point to it either.

Granted, but I think Sarkovy's new fiancee is probably in first place for Hottest World Leader Arm Candy.

Why all this fuss? This is probably the most "libertarian" article Young has written in quite a while.

NP | January 11, 2008, 12:58pm | #

Also, Episiarch earns super points for his double offense of bragging and griping at once.

Bill Clinton, but with better taste in women.

Wow. Just wow. Did anyone else google Sarkozy's girlfriend, Carla Bruni, with SafeSearch turned off? I got this photo gallery among others.

Ooooh, I wanna be president of France...

Sarkozy also has this genius knew profit sharing plan for his country, where the workers get one third the profits I am assuming they are not on the hook for one third the losses.

I never understood the notion of a "left leaning" libertarian. Any more than exists a stalinesque jeffersonian.

Waiting for the divorce to go through before collecting mistresses counts as being traditional in France.
