Curtis has fallen victim to the Media Sucks Paradox: he complains that the media doesn't cover the "real issues", but the "real issues" consist of stuff he learned from the media.

Vice President Cheney told somebody to "Fuck off" on the floor of the Senate and that was some kind of massive deal. "Oh my God, how could you do this? How could you?!" Come on. I live in Kentucky.
