Comments to "Psychic Defectives":
ROFL just reading his name makes me laugh now. Is he still touting how tight he is with Michael Jackson? What a more-une, what an im-bessle. Hahahaha. Hey Uri, bend this! LOL

The companies who paid for the Congress to pass the DMCA don't want there to be any recourse against improper uses of the DMCA since they are the ones most likely to misuse it.Of course, this is great pub for all.
Does anybody know if California has a SLAPP statute and whether it would apply to a DMCA cause of action?

Seems like as good an excuse as any to mention I Am Spoonbender's album Buy Hidden Persuaders is available for "free and legal" download.(Though for me, nothing will touch the original Thought Industry.)

Do not try and bend the law. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.... Then you'll see, that it is not the law that bends, it is only yourself.SPOONMAN!!!!! | May 11, 2007, 3:58pm | #
