The Paranoia Roundup

Conspiracy clips.

For some reason I completely forgot to tell this blog's readers that I wrote a book called The United States of Paranoia. I'll be giving a talk about it at the Cato Institute today, and if you live in the D.C. area you should come by and ask me tough questions; the rest of you can watch it live here.

Meanwhile, here's a roundup of coverage the book has gotten this week:

• The Fajita Fun Time Radio Show interviewed me.

• Jonathan Kay reviewed the book in The American Conservative. Kay is the first writer to focus on the book's libertarian elements. Pullquote: "Jesse Walker is a deep political thinker, but he evidently also has spent much of his life watching some extremely bad movies."

• Lucy Steigerwald reviewed the book in The Libertarian Standard. Yes, that's the same Lucy Steigerwald who used to work here at Reason. Conspiracy?
