After many political battles and court fights,
it’s finally over. California’s heavy-handed and arrogant
redevelopment agencies, which dispensed corporate welfare and
abused eminent domain, are kaput. There may be weeping and gnashing
of teeth in redevelopment circles, writes Steven Greenhut, but
other Californians should rejoice.
