The Durban Climate Change Conference is slouching
toward its conclusion. It's just like the old days—the U.S. is the
bad guy again, being denounced by furious activists as an "obstacle
to progress." Skeptics in Durban celebrate (perhaps prematurely)
the "complete collapse of the global warming movement."
Reason Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey feels a bit of
nostalgia and takes stock of where the negotiations stand two days
before they wind down.
