Brooklyn, New York property owners have battled real estate
tycoon Bruce Ratner and his allies in the goverment over Ratner's
plans to seize their property via eminent domain and erect a new
basketball stadium for the Ratner-owned New Jersey Nets. But as

has an opportunity next week to finally put a stop to this
