capitalism a bone, and this summer, the bone comes in the form of
How'd You Get So Rich?, a TV Land reality series starring
Joan Rivers that follows the template laid out by Lifestyles of
the Rich and Famous 25 years ago. And as its name suggests,
How'd You Get So Rich? is interested in wealth creation as
well as wealth, particularly the rags-to-riches kind.
