A month after
his speech in Cairo reaching out to the Muslim world, Barack Obama
will make another historic trip: this time, to Moscow. But as
Contributing Editor Cathy Young writes, while many Obama supporters
hope that the July 6-8 visit will push the much-anticipated "reset
button" in the badly strained relationship between Russia and the
United States, critics fear that Obama's accommodating stance will
simply enable more bad behavior by Russia.
