Last Thursday Associate Editor Damon Root participated in a Cato Institute Book Forum to mark the release of Judge Andrew Napolitano's Dred Scott's Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom in America. The event featured remarks by Judge Napolitano, followed by comments by Damon Root and by Cato Institute Research Fellow Jason Kuznicki.
