State's political class about why voters erred in not giving a
dysfunctional state government still more money. But what's gone
missing from the case for big government, Reason Editor in
Chief Matt Welch contends, is any explanation, let alone defense,
of how Sacramento has been spending money hand over fist in the
first place.
