Maybe Nick will say something that incurs the wrath of everyman Jon Stewart.

Phil Lebeau is a pathetic idiot.

He could be the poster boy for the Stockholm Syndrome.

Nice work, Nick; I thought Lebeau's head was going to explode.

Good Job Nick.

I was speaking to my bankruptcy lawyer best friend the other day - he made the point that "disorderly bankruptcy" is a complete oxymoron. Bankruptcy proceedings are very orderly, empower a neutral and experienced judge to make the necessary tough decisions in accordance with established law. The whole purpose of the statute is to provide for order. The ONLY reason for wanting to avoid Ch 11 is because the likely outcome is worse for the unions/better for bondholders than the administration would like. Any other logic is a smokescreen.

Phil Lebeau is a pathetic idiot.

He's just one of a long list of pathetic idiots on that channel. He was just as apoplectic earlier this year when folks were suggesting bankruptcy for GM.

"disorderly bankruptcy" is a complete oxymoron.

An image of a stream of irate creditors trooping out of a corporate headquarters, carrying chairs and office equipment, popped into my head when I read that.

Hey, at least it's not Red Eye...

I thought Lebeau's head was going to explode

'Tis a giant melon of a noggin, indeed. Bony matter swimming in a sea of gelatin. It would have made a disgusting mess. Not that it would not have been entertaining.
