than a month for the Illinois House of Representatives to vote to
impeach Gov. Rod Blagojevich after he got himself arrested on
charges of soliciting bribes. But the real mystery, writes Steve
Chapman, isn't that people became completely disgusted with the
governor so quickly, it's that the process took so long.
