Radio Free 2009

Ring in the new year with Managing Editor Jesse Walker's weekly freeform radio show, Titicut Follies. It'll be broadcast on WCBN-FM this afternoon from 12 to 3, eastern time. If you live in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, you can tune in at 88.3 FM. If you live elsewhere, you can listen online.

Lefiti|1.1.09 @ 1:57PM|

A tale of sound and fury sygnifying nothing in the early afternoon?

BakedPenguin|1.1.09 @ 5:27PM|

Wow. Lefiti 's being ironic. Except he doesn't produce "fury" so much as a whiny hissy fit.

Well, Baked, as you know, one poster's fury is another poster's hissy.

And for a third poster, it's words to bate by!

*heads out to Stevo's bunk*

Jesse - do you know Zingerman's deli in Ann Arbor - we just got a liptauer from them...

Troll-haters might begin the new year by resolving never again to feed them. Just saying.

Stipe|1.1.09 @ 6:59PM|

Calling all in transit.

Jesse Walker|1.1.09 @ 8:38PM|

Jesse - do you know Zingerman's deli in Ann Arbor - we just got a liptauer from them...

Yes. Its wares are both tasty and overpriced, so whoever gave you the cheese was being generous in more ways than one.

Radio Free 2009

WCBN is the University of Michigan student-run community freeform radio station in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Just wondering who pays for all of this. Michigan taxpayers? Private donations?
All or some of the above? Who?

Should the Managing Editor of reason have a show on a subsidized radio station?
Is it unreasonable to ask?
Thanks.
