Esteemed Reason Foundation trustee Manuel S. Klausner says Barr in uncontested states (such as his native California), but McCain in battleground states as "the lesser of two evils." The kicker: "No doubt we all agree that these are horrendous times for libertarians." Actually, I feel a Righteous Wind behind the intellectual argument for free minds and free markets, being a firm believer in both the Plexiglass Principle and the anecdotal/polling data that Americans detest the bailout that their two major parties foisted upon them.
