It's called VoterWatch, and the idea behind it is to let any old schmuck be a fancy-pants media commentator, fact-checker, and annotator. Even us.

Will the Wonkette merger happen after the election or inauguration ?
how does that little men/women tracker thing at the bottom work. I'm fascinated by it...
Eric, look for the fed gov to force the merger of Wonkette and H&R with Wells Fargo in Feb. 09.
I liked it, though I'd like to see the comments flash just long enough to read in the place where that graph is on the bottom of the screen. Then they go in the log.
