I never bothered to watch the debate last night. My John Adams DVD had just arrived and I watched a far better debate between Adams and Dickinson.

These shows always remind me of the startling difference between statesmen and the current crop of political hacks (Community activist, Hockey Mom, Angry old guy, Joe six-pack). Sad very sad.
