Temporary bike-sharing programs at the
Democratic National Convention in Denver and the Republican
National Convention in Minneapolis gave elected officials from both
parties a convenient way to make their requisite green photos ops
carbon neutral. Indeed, says Greg Beato, there has never been a
better time to be a bicycle advocate. So what's wrong with
bike-sharing?
