These comments are too funny. Reason is fucking garbage. First they post "stories" from a guy who was paid by Israeli propagandist organization to go on a "fact finding" mission. Now they're showing videos between a couple. Honestly, what the fuck happened? Who can I complain to? I've kinda liked the bloggingheads.tv. It's what 'talking heads'
television does, but a heck of lot more highbrow because of less
talking point shouting - and does it with even less
moderation.
The first one a saw though, was went Althouse had a conniption over
a throwaway comment from the other person, I can't remember her
name. So, because of this, for I long time I kept on reading the
name of these things as 'diva - logs'

Whats up with all the haters? I really dont get it why people who
'arent down with the program' bother to go to
sites/blogs/publications they revile and state their total and
utter lack of fandom.
I mean, it's not like I lurk around The Nation, or Southern
Partisan or something, and remind them how much *they* suck every
week. I mean, I KNOW they suck. Isnt that enough for me?
Is the idea that people might hear your contempt and suddenly doubt

I like watching/listening to Bloggingheads.tv, especially when
one (or both) of the participants are libertarians. I also like
watching/listening to the Reason roundtable discussions.
I think Will can come off as elitist, but I find the discussions he
leads really interesting and thought provoking. And I actually like
the "diavlogs" between Will and Kerry.
So there.

Wilkinson often annoys me, but I didn't find the diavlog to be that bad. It was better than any Althous is involved in. Better than David Brin and Khaled Dawoud too.

Don't get me totally wrong, I can see how someone might do a lesser
of evils calculus between McCain and Obama and come out on Obama...
I think I'd lean the other way if I were coerced to pick.
However, the impression I got seemed to be that they were
considering it a binary choice... and I presumed that Cato and
Reason representatives might maybe want to consider voting for...

Oh, and for another thing - if we are to be beyond superficial things like integumentary melanin concentration or the presence or absence of a Y chromosome, then perhaps we shouldn't consider the race or gender of a candidate as a check in the positives column.

candidate that represents their views most(the LP candidate), they
have to vote for the winner that is why they reside in DC.
And, didn't you hear Will and Kerry? It would be sooooooo cool to
have a woman or a black man atop the political power structure to

If Will Wilkinson is having a hard time booking people for his
webcast, I could disagree with him on just about anything. And I
could do it better than most. See, I'm a prick, but a gracious one.
Of course, I don't have a magazine title, but I think "asshole
corporate lawyer" would suffice. The problem is that then you'd
have two dudes arguing about minute policy ramifications, who wants
to watch that? I would tear that chump a new one, regardless of
whether I agreed with him or not. And this isn't a Kerry Howley
puff piece, I'm a KMW man myself (sorry, she posts the best
pictures....).
Query: how many people think it would be cool if the Wilkinsons of
the world debated with average joes (and by that I mean
above-average)? Who wouldn't want to see joe scrap it out with
Wilkinson?
Or hey, how about Reason editors scrap it out with regular
commentors? How about some Highnumber vs. Ronald Bailey? Thoreau
vs. Gillespie? Pro Libs vs. Sollum? dhex vs. Moynihan? Dave W.
