A political party being upstaged by Ron Paul is like a moth being overshadowed by a firebug. Marginal is too broad a term to describe the LP. Language fails.
The LP better identify and nominate an individual who can pick
up the RP mantle when
the GOP disappoints all his supporters in Sept.

I nominate Anthony Bourdain. His slogan could be "The candidate who
knows how pork ought to be done".
Drew Carey could run as VP. His foreign policy would be to go
around the world challenging, and beating all of our enemies at
"FIFA 08", thereby shaming them into retirement.
