Since my interview with the filmmaker Frederick Wiseman (Titicut Follies, High School, Public Housing) appeared in the December Reason, several readers have asked me when DVDs of his documentaries would be available for the home market. The answer: They came out today.

Is that the same correctional prison in Titicut as the one they just recently converted into a 5 star expensive hotel?

This is what I have been talking in my last comment. Interesting huh? Now that I think about it, I do not think this is the same prison discussed in Titicut. I haven't watched the movie, that is why.

But I am sure one can make a good H&R post about the prison-converted-into-a-hotel one. Free market at work, or not? Since this is MA, not quite sure.
