Cardin holds in Maryland, Whitehouse steals a seat in Rhode Island. That puts the Dems at plus four, meaning they can lose Tennessee but still win control with two out of three in Virginia, Missouri, and Montana.
But these seem like really, really early calls. Less than 1 percent of the vote in in both states, and both had been polling at a near dead heat.

CNN has Dems +3. At any rate they're losing VA which they had to have so best they can hope for now is 50-50 barring a big surprise.
