Ms. Cox, aka Wonkette, often writes about ass-fucking, or finds ways to incorporate ass-fucking into totally unrelated subjects, and refers to same as "ass-fucking."

Though I can see how someone unfamiliar with her shtick could draw that unfortunate conclusion on a thread about Andrew Sullivan.
