Here's an idea: I think it should be a new H&R rule that the first 5 comments must be dedicated to pointing out various mistakes in spelling, grammar, and vague references in the original blog post.
Subsequently, comments 6-15 shall be dedicated to pointing out the quasi-ironic spelling/grammar/reference mistakes of the first 5 commenters.
#'s 16-20 shall be lambasting the first 15 commenters for being grammar/spelling/reference Nazi's.
21+ shall be actual substantive comments regarding the actual subject matter.

The Internet is not running out of IP addresses.
First, we always have IPv6 looming in the background. Second, most companies and homes are using gateways or firewalls. It doesn't matter how many devices you have behind the gateway, it only uses one IP address.
