L.A. lefty Brian Linse has a detail- and link-rich post about the Sami Al Arian acquittal and reaction thereof. No fan of the guy -- "If not deported, Sami Al Arian should be released so he can, I hope, go fuck himself," is one quote -- Linse, who wrote about the case back in 2002, is neither much of a fan of those who attacked the verdict, including the "Babe-raham Lincoln" of conservatism.
