I'll be on The End of Politics, 1160 A.M. in the DC area tonight around 8:15 to talk about my recent piece on anti-transgendered discrimination at the Library of Congress. If you're outside the D.C. area, you can listen online (or, later, via the archives) here.

OT, but did anyone see Bill Maher's "I'm Swiss" show on HBO? I love this guy, in the same way I like Rush Limbaugh -- what an entertainer.
Why does he call himself a libertarian? He's pro-legalisation, favors gay marriage, etc., but I sure do hear him railing against "greed" a lot.

Back on topic -- Julian was great. Nice parrying of the question regarding Dave's personal life (opportunities for blackmail, etc.).
