Good article. The judiciary is far from perfect, but I'll settle for an independent and assertive judiciary over a compliant and passive judiciary any day. A look around the world is enough to see why.

it's from a comic called Tom the Dancing Bug by Ruben Bolling. salon.com has it every Thursday

it has some hilarious satire. the Scalia cartoon is a recurring theme, as is "God-Man, the superhero with omnipotent powers"

last week's had a guy calling himself a member of the "Creationist Patrol" criticizing some doctors for using evolutionary theory to fight antibiotic resistant bacteria
