Back in our February issue, I briefly summarized the controversial findings of a study by UCLA law prof Richard Sander, who argues that racial preferences in university admissions may, perversely, actually have harmed black law students. The paper garnered a torrent of criticism, so in addition to some more technical rejoinders in the works for various law journals, Sander will be guest blogging at Volokh Conspiracy with a series of posts elaborating on his thesis.
