I read that Associated Press article about eBay sales on Monday and thought it was relatively unclear. The rules that apply to online sales, or any kind of sales where a profit is in evidence are fairly clear. It's self-serving I know, but if you're interested in more information I blogged it on Monday here with an update today here.

BTW, for the record, I really like Jeff's stuff.
