Just as big business is the worst enemy of free enterprise, the great nemesis of free expression is the entertainment industry.
considering the passage of the digital millenium freedom act coincided with the near-expiration of the big rat's copyright, none of that is a real surprise. ethical, legal, or otherwise, Disney is going to protect its resources, just like every other entity on the planet.
