If B&B regulation were the extent of the liberal/conservative divide over economic freedoms, we'd all be in good shape. However, this piece seems to skip over what I consider to be very thorny philosophical differences (i.e., the solution is not obvious). I'd be very interested in reading a well-reasoned analysis of these issues.

Rikurzhen, this case isn't about liberal/conservative. It's about NIMBY and wanting the government to prohibit anything that they don't like. Besides, those folks at the B&B were obviously having too much fun. Can't have that.
