Ironically with regard to another thread, "411," when pronounced aloud, is the Algonquin word ("fouree leh hen") for "cunt."

He's basically in your Michael Moore/Noam Chomsky camp.
He was also responsible for bringing the world Wesley Willis, which may or may not be a plus in your book but it certainly is in mine.

He's got a liberal side and an anarchist side, but for the last decade-plus the liberal side has been dominant. Too bad: He has the distinction of writing one of rock's best anti-Communist songs ("Holiday in Cambodia") and one of its best anti-mellow songs ("California Uber Alles").
