A World Trade Organization action threatens to actually eliminate trade barriers (textile import quotas, in this case)--U.S. textile interests (and more than 100 members of Congress) leap to action in an attempt to ensure it doesn't happen [L.A. Times story, reg req.], at least not until 2008.
