The activists are just doing what activists are known to do. The journalists (or is that "journalists"?) and editors look like the guilty party to me. Or are they only guilty of incompetence?

I just wonder if, at the end of the day when all these fraudulent studies are proved to be so, Stanton Glantz and his crowd will be held legally liable for the intentional distortions and lies they have concocted. RJR should have a lawyer working fulltime keeping score on this.

Amen. I'm not a lawyer--nor do I know much about the law (hell, who can)--but couldn't these groups be nailed under RICO? Just curious.
