Fun with Phonecams

Two rather different phonecam bans are being enacted in Europe: in Switzerland, officials have barred them from beaches to prevent folks from taking candid shots on the sly. In Italy, on the other hand, authorities are scrambling to respond to an ingenious new way to corrupt voting. Vote buying is now easier than ever, since the buyers can demand phonecam confirmation that the ballot was cast as instructed.
