Papal Mean Streets

Counterintuitive news of the week: More crimes are committed per inhabitant in the Vatican City than any other country in the world.

No, this isn't another sordid tale about fighting young priests with a thing for the young. It's mostly petty theft from tourists, who naturally outnumber the statelet's 455 actual inhabitants.

Vatican City is, of course, the world's one truly libertarian country. After all, it's all private.
