Open Question

Over at TechCentralStation, Julian Sanchez and Jim DeLong are having an interesting debate over whether the government should favor Open Source applications when procuring software. Julian makes a strong public-choice argument that they should, but Jim scores some points in his response as well. Both pieces are worth reading.
