Team Bush selected another corporatist grey eminence with ties to the Ford administration to replace the one they just sacked. CSX Chairman John W. Snow is slated to replace Paul O'Neill at Treasury.
Snow's communication skills are supposed to be better than that of O'Neill, who often wandered way off the Bush script. Speaking of which, Snow gave John McCain's campaigns cash long before he got on the Bush bandwagon. Hmmm....
