More details on the Bali suspects here. Leads, which all seem to be coming from confessions from the guy in custody, all point toward Jemaah Islamiah. An interesting detail: "According to a recent report in the Asian Wall Street Journal, [one of the suspects] convened a meeting of Jemaah Islamiah leaders in southern Thailand in January and ordered them to attack 'soft' targets, such as nightclubs frequented by Westerners."
