Four previously announced shows, through April, already sold out

Billy Joel is moving in. The legendary singer-songwriter announced Tuesday that he'll take up a residency at his beloved Madison Square Garden in New York City—but he has one condition. Joel says he'll play once a month at the famed venue as long as there's demand for it.

That shouldn't be a problem.

Four previously announced shows—Jan. 27, Feb. 3, March 21 and April 28—are already sold out. He will also perform on his 65th birthday, on May 9. Tickets for the new show go on sale Saturday.
