While President Barack Obama delivered a speech on Tuesday outlining his administration's plans to address climate change, the results of a new surveyby the Pew Research Center showed that Americans are less concerned about the problem than others around the world.

The poll found that 40 percent of Americans see global climate change as a major threat to the country compared to the 54 percent recorded among all of the countries surveyed.
