Retired Orlando Cop Invoking "Stand Your Ground" in Killing Adult Son
The retired Orlando police officer accused of killing his 22-year-old son during an argument is in court today to ask a judge for immunity from prosecution under Florida's "stand your ground" law.
Timothy Davis Sr. suffered a blow to his defense when a judge this morning denied a request to toss key evidence, including surveillance video.
