Cop Turned Criminal
A fired Milwaukee police officer was sentenced Monday to 24 years in a federal prison for molesting a crime victim, and violating her civil rights. Prosecutors recommended a 30-year term for Ladmarald Cates – but his attorney said the officers who beat-and-kicked Frank Jude in 2004 didn’t get that much time.
